(Okay, that last one is a lie. No sloths. But you *may* see some other cute, cuddly creatures…and we’re not just talking about our product managers!)

Actually, we are way too excited about Subscribed 2018 to describe it in just 30 words! So read on for more about what you can expect and why you need to register now for the only conference dedicated to succeeding in the Subscription Economy.

1. Content! Content! Content!

We list content first (and mention it thrice!) because our content is really the heart of Subscribed. With multiple keynotes and 55+ sessions scheduled across 7 tracks, there’s something for everyone. Scaling flexible consumption models. Solving the complexity of multiple revenue streams. Building a better product catalog. Accessing actionable insights from your subscription metrics. Integrating with Zuora’s API framework. Industry leaders, business innovators, and subject matter experts are lined up and ready to drop all the knowledge on you! Plus, some sessions are even offered for CPE credit. Check out the agenda here.

2. Customers: hands-on and on-stage

Did we say that content is the heart of Subscribed? Well, our amazing 1000+ customers tie for that honor! Subscribed 2018 is our flagship user conference so Zuora customers are in full force at the event.

Zuora users will be very busy for the full 2 days of Subscribed. Hands-on training, 1:1 product support, deep-dive product content, and solutions for even the toughest use cases. Subscribed is dedicated to making our users—and their companiess—successful.

You can also see some of our customers shine on the main stage and in breakout sessions as they generously share their best practices, learnings, insights, and success stories. Trust us, you won’t want to miss sessions from PTC, Procore Technologies, Zoom, Qlik, Pantheon Platform, ZOLL Data Systems, Hudl, Gloo, Appspace, MindBody, OpenView, AppDynamics, Broadly, Dell, Klipfolio, Kronos, Logicmonitor, StackPath, Gogo, Symantec, and more!

3. Learners’ Lounge 2.0

Because we know that learning can happen anywhere, as long as you make time and space for it, we’ve doubled down on our Learners’ Lounge from last year. Learners’ Lounge 2.0 is a dedicated space for Zuora users—or anyone curious about Zuora. This is your chance to learn how to optimize Zuora for your business and how others use our products. You can also just hang out and network with your peers and Zuora experts. With our Learning Bar, Table Talks, Flash Talks, and Mentoring Sessions, we’ve got you covered.

4. The Subscribed ecosystem

Subscribed is about community: the community of your peers, within and across industries, all tackling the same challenges and celebrating each other’s successes. The Subscribed ecosystem is made up of customers, partners, industry analysts, business leaders, innovators, and disruptors from SaaS startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Subscribed is your opportunity to connect with the subscription ecosystem. Meet with Zuora product experts and developers. Check in with our partners in the expo hall—like Worldpay, Chase, Avalara, Sertifi, CyberSource, Flexera, Synthesis Systems, and Merchant e-Solutions, to name just a few—to see how their complementary solutions can support your business, from payment gateways to tax automation and ecommerce solutions. And take time to connect with the person sitting right next to you. You never know what they may be able to teach you.

5. Zuora product announcements

Our product team is constantly asking: “What can we build to help our customers grow even faster?” We’ve already built a leading portfolio of SaaS applications designed to help your business succeed in the Subscription Economy. And at last year’s Subscribed, we announced Zuora Central: a single platform for your order-to-cash process, and the connective tissue between your CRM and ERP. So what’s next? In this year’s product keynote, Zoom’s CEO Eric Yuan will join Zuora’s product leaders on stage to launch the first ever order-to-revenue solution and show you how Zuora is powering Zoom’s growth today.

6. Commitment to diversity and inclusion

Every year at Subscribed we put some muscle behind propelling diversity conversations. The themes of diversity and inclusion are woven throughout the event, but especially come into full focus at our Diversity & Inclusion breakfast. Join us on the morning of June 6th for this ever-popular annual event where open conversation runs as freely as the OJ (and champagne, if that’s your kind of thing!). We provide the croissants and diversity experts. You just bring your passion, your curiosity, your questions, your suggestions, and your drive to create change in the world of tech and beyond.

7. Subscribed Showcase

Across all industries and geographies, the Subscription Economy has arrived. To celebrate, we’re creating an immersive Subscribed Showcase that will visually and experientially bring to life what we call “The World Subscribed.” You’ll definitely want to check out the Showcase to see how the shift is playing out in industries from retail to manufacturing. Come, learn, check out some cool stuff, and be inspired!

8.Hard-core, 24-hour hackathon

Back by popular demand, we’re hosting our Subscribed Hackathon where business users and developers partner to develop apps on Zuora’s application marketplace, Zuora Connect. If there’s a technical use case you’re looking to solve, or you’re a business user looking for technical resources, or a developer looking to dig into our Zuora APIs, join us! We’ll have more than $6000 in prizes to give away. Yes…$6000+! Plus every hackathon participant qualifies for a discount Subscribed pass and will have direct access to our Zuora engineering team.

9. Exclusive exec-only events

While Subscribed is for hands-on users, it’s equally designed as a conference for business leaders at the helm of business transformation. In addition to senior execs from all industries presenting on our main stage and throughout the conference, we are also hosting some exclusive exec-only events.

For the first-time ever, we’re offering Subscribed Institute, a strategy forum for executives looking for actionable insight on how to grow and transform their organizations, including step-change improvements in subscription business growth.

Additionally, Zuora CFO Tyler Sloat will host his annual CFO Exchange, a gathering of SaaS finance leaders discussing market trends and benchmarking metrics. And Zuora CIO Alvina Antar is again leading her annual Subscription CIO Exchange which brings together digital enterprise leaders to share reference architecture and business process re-engineering strategies.

10. Sloths

Okay, as noted above, we won’t really have sloths, but we do have a few surprises in store…. There will be plenty of good food + tasty cocktails at our networking reception, great swag to claim, awards, cool photo ops, espresso bar to help you keep going for 2 days straight, a VIP reception at the Press Club, and…

You’ll just have to come to see what else!
