Zuora’s COVID-19 Community Response

To our Zuora customer community,

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, we have a heightened awareness at Zuora of our responsibility to our communities. We have three priorities guiding our decisions during this time of uncertainty: to keep our employees safe, to ensure service to our customers and partners, and to do our part in preventing the spread of the virus.

For over a decade, we’ve developed, enhanced and maintained our business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure our business, and yours, continue to run smoothly. We are engaging our resilient and distributed infrastructure and our global workforce – already adept at remote work and virtual collaboration – to support continued 24x7x365 operations.

We’re here for you, ready to do it all: answering support tickets, holding quarterly business reviews (via Zoom!) and executing projects on time. Your business success is ours and we’re in this together.

We also recognize we have a larger role to play in our communities, and are doing our part to minimize any contribution to the spread of the virus by encouraging employees to work from home and practice healthy habits, cancelling large gatherings, and pausing non-essential travel. We made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person component of our annual Subscribed 2020 conference in the San Francisco Bay Area, though we’re already working on some new ideas to take its place. Additional details are located on our website.

Finally, given the fluid nature of these events, we’ve set up a global response team to closely monitor the developments surrounding COVID-19 and develop appropriate plans in real time so we can respond to various scenarios that may occur. We’ve published this Customer FAQ with more details, and will keep it updated as things unfold.

We are confident in our ability to adapt to ensure your success alongside the safety of our employees and communities during this difficult time. We appreciate the shared dedication to these priorities, and look forward to navigating through this situation together.
