What are are looking for :


  • Trusted partner to senior company leaders providing the analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations necessary to optimize activities across entire cross-functional field organization and power our rapid growth
  • You will dive deep into our KPIs, testing your well-formulated hypotheses and rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, hotspots, and opportunities
  • This role will have broad exposure to many aspects of executive-level decision making at a high-growth software company including go-to-market strategy, business planning, sales optimization, and pipeline analysis
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated relentless intellectual curiosity and sound business judgment
  • Ability to translate analyses, problem identification, and root cause analysis into executable action items, recommendations, and results
  • Position deliverables may include
    • Market and competitive analyses
    • Propensity to buy and attribute model analyses
    • Go-to-market structuring
    • Sales funnel/pipeline analysis
    • Development and interpretation of key performance indicators
    • Create data-driven, executive-ready presentations
  • Required skills & experience
    • 3+ years of total work experience in consulting, investment banking, or a similar role
    • Exceptional problem solving skills
    • Ability to execute quickly
    • High attention to detail
    • Comfort with ambiguity
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets modeling capabilities
    • Bachelor’s degree required (mathematics, economics, business, or statistics preferred)
