We are currently looking for Software Engineering Interns.  We are ideally looking for candidates that are in their 3rd or 4th year and would love to also to find Engineers that are seeking full time employment after their internship, but are flexible here to 2^nd year students as well.

Last year we had a tremendous internship program consisting of 45+ interns across the company.  Some of the team bonding activities we participated in included hearing directly from our CEO and other Executives in fireside chats, meetings with Engineering Leadership, career coaching with the company’s best in class HR and Recruiting team, cheering on the Giants in their hometown of San Francisco, and brown bag Lunch and Learns with our some of the smartest people around. 

What are we looking for?

Zuora is looking for an energetic, organized, tech savvy technologist to join the summer 2019 internship program at ZEO Corp IT team. You will be assisting with day to day IT operations as well as working on exciting projects, while bringing cutting edge solutions to the Zuora team.

As Zuora, Corp IT team member, you will gain a valuable understanding of how a market leading SaaS startup company manages its Information Technology resources on a global scale.  You will be a part of the success story on a daily basis, while heroically addressing challenging tech issues and learning how to methodically prevent them from happening ever again.  You will learn from the masterminds of cloud technology about what it means to operate in the cloud. Description:

•   Deploy computer equipment for Zuora’s global workforce.
•   Help set up and maintain IT lab.
•   Organize and inventory existing IT assets.
•   Help establish process and procedures for receiving and allocating IT equipment.
•   Assisting with A/V setup in conference rooms.
•   Troubleshoot and resolve assigned Help Desk tickets.
•   Perform basic PC and network troubleshooting.
•   Create and update documentation for IT procedures.

Requirements:

•   Aptitude for and desire to learn new technologies.
•   Basic Knowledge of OSX and Windows 7 operating systems.
•   Solid understanding of the fundamentals of computer networking.
•   Basic experience and knowledge of Google Sites a plus.
•   Strong Work Ethic
•   Love of technology
