Hi there. We’re Zuora. We’re powering the Subscription Economy and changing the way people do business.
One CEO. 1200+ ZEOs. While we are led by one CEO, our career paths and the ways we work are defined by us, the ZEOs. That means we take ownership of our destiny. Challenge the status quo. Be empowered yet accountable in seizing opportunities. Together, we build a collaborative culture that nurtures and inspires ZEOs to deliver our best. From monthly social-themed parties, hackathons, and
philanthropic endeavors, to choosing how each of us grows professionally – ZEOs are not afraid to speak up and get things done quickly.
And we’re growing. We’re looking for game changers, innovators, and leaders who can take us to the next level in helping the world build successful subscription-based businesses.
Interest piqued? Check out what could be the next best opportunity for your career.
Growing companies attract and retain top talent by offering excellent benefits – medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, free snacks, and drinks. ZEOs also enjoy other perks – many suggested, voted, and driven by ZEOs across the company. Here are a few examples that demonstrate ZEO power.
An active body keeps an active mind. We enjoy financial support for gym memberships and a wide variety of fitness events driven by ZEOs and their interests.
It’s all about being as proactively healthy as possible, right? At no cost to ZEOs, our offices frequently host health-oriented programs and events.
We encourage and support giving back to the communities we work and live in—it’s the ZEO way. Whether it be a financial contribution or a donation of time, we make it easy for ZEOs to make a meaningful difference.
Life in the office is exciting but we recognize and value the challenges, adventures and joys outside of work. ZEOs appreciate parenting leaves, financial support for child care, paid time off, and much more to spend valuable time with family and friends.
We enjoy working together, but we also make it a point to have fun, too.
The journey of learning and lifelong development empowers us to create our own future. From free access to the entire Lynda.com training catalog to monthly company all-hands meetings to leadership and technical training courses, ZEOs continue to grow professionally in the way that makes the most sense to them.
"Shortly after I joined Zuora I was invited to participate in the Rock n' Roll SF half marathon. I had done some running before but never a long race like this one. I thought it was impossible. But I accepted the challenge to say fir and with a few months of training completed the race! My mom even flew from the East Coast to watch. I went on to successfully lead the next team in finishing the half marathon race at Half Moon Bay. I am very proud of this accomplishment and that I could help insire others to say fit"
"I love how there is always someone on our team coming up with a fun initiative. Whether it's picking an idea for the annual Halloween competition or getting creative to win the Funny Hat contest, our team enjoys hanging out. We always end the week with a glass of wine and cheese."
"What started as the promise of a free workout and running swag turned into finding something I never knew I was passionate about. Lo and behold 3 half marathons later and helping other ZEOs run and fundraise for the Girls in Tech 'If Girls Ran The World' program, I am beginning to identify as a runner. I run for my mental, physical, and emotional health but I've learned I can also run for others and twoards goals I didn't realize I could achieve. Saying yes to that first half marathon has empowered me to be wildly healthy, ambitious, and happy."
"Hosting Zuora's first 'Inspiring Women in Tech' breakfast at our annual Subscribed event in April 2016 was one of the most memorable days of my life! It was a celebration of inspiring, genuine and profoundly successful technologists who happened to be women."
