We look at the usage and engagement of our subscribers and with the help of Zuora determine what the probability of them churning out or staying is. And if the engagement becomes low, we know there's a correlation to churn. So, we then send them a series of emails and other communications to encourage them to re-engage, which then reduces our churn probability.
